He Listens

May 13, 2011 Donna New

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith Jehovah, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope in your latter days. And ye shall call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you. And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart. Jeremiah 29:11-13

He gives us peace. He gives us hope. When you need good thoughts for a tough situation God’s got peace and hope for you. When we pray to Him He bows down to listen intently then He gives you thoughts of peace and hope. If you’re seeking God and you feel like you don’t have the heart to He takes what heart you have

God meets us where we are. He bows down to be sure He hears us. What we ask Him for He will give if He can for our good. Either way He offers hope and peace to face the day with. Sometimes when we need Him most we have the least amount of strength. Our heart feels empty. Offer what you have. He’ll take what you give Him and give you back His gentleness and His comfort.
